Job Summary
The Asset Management Administrator 1 will be responsible for managing software licenses, overseeing IT assets, conducting internal cost reconciliation and facilitating in the procurement of software and hardware. The Administrator provides essential technical support, ensuring a seamless IT experience for end users.
Responsibilities
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $61,200.00 - $91,800.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).

Job Summary
The Asset Management Administrator 1 will be responsible for managing software licenses, overseeing IT assets, conducting internal cost reconciliation and facilitating in the procurement of software and hardware. The Administrator provides essential technical support, ensuring a seamless IT experience for end users.
Responsibilities
- Manage software licenses. Ensure effective administration and optimization of software licenses, maintaining compliance and efficiency. 25%
- Assist with the tracking and management of IT assets, ensuring accurate records and efficient utilization. 20%
- Conduct internal cost reconciliation to ensure accurate budgeting and financial oversight within the IT department. 20%
- Assist with the procurement process of IT software and hardware. 15%
- Offer technical support to end users while resolving issues promptly. 10%
- Streamline the IT equipment shipment, tracking, and overall logistics process. 10%
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Strong experience with Office applications especially Microsoft Excel
- Experience with software licensing administration, purchasing IT hardware/software and management. Experience with internal cost reconciliation.
- Familiarity with standardized helpdesk ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Information Systems or related experience required
- 2 years of experience in IT preferred
- Great attitude and team player.
- Successful completion of background screening process.
