Responsibilities

Draft and distribute high-quality project briefings, status updates, and stakeholder presentations.

Manage the SharePoint document sharing site to ensure accurate filing of project deliverables.

Synchronize all communication activities with the established enterprise project roadmap.

Coordinate the development and distribution of project-related announcements, reports, and newsletters.

Audit communication progress to maintain consistency and technical alignment during program transitions.

Review and update website content to improve stakeholder engagement and informational accuracy.

Monitor feedback channels and escalate complex project concerns to senior program leadership.
