Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily upkeep, care and maintenance of the parking garage and property perimeter.
- Responsible for debris and trash removal.
- Maintains landscaping, including planting, watering, and weeding.
- Promotes positive public relations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) yars of appropriate experience.
- Ability to perform assigned duties safely and efficiently.
