- Performs utility labor including cleaning of chinaware, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, and refrigeration units.
- Responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of the kitchen, pantry and service areas including floors and trash receptacles.
- Removes trash from kitchens, dining rooms and service areas including removal of fat and grease rendering barrels.
- Delivers and sets up dish wares to outlets.
- Responsible for maintaining supply of coffee and carbonated beverages and equipment cleanliness.
- Transporting food supplies and general items to and from main kitchen and supply/food storeroom.
- Performs deep cleaning of all equipment.
- Promotes positive public relations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Will train, no previous experience necessary.
