Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep outdoor spaces looking pristine
- Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering and healthy plant growth
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, digging, cutting, and other landscaping activities
- Maintain lawns by applying fertilizers, aerating soil, and controlling weeds using appropriate techniques
- Assist with gardening duties such as planting new greenery, mulching beds, and seasonal flower rotations
- Conduct routine inspections of landscape features and equipment to identify maintenance needs or repairs
- Support overall land management efforts by ensuring safety standards are met during all operations
Experience
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is highly desirable but not mandatory—training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance practices, and gardening techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and contributing to team goals
