Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between hotel guests and management.
- Responsible for providing courteous and efficient service in greeting guests, selling rooms and providing information and other guest services.
- Maintains customer accounts and collects revenue in settlement.
- Provides accurate, up to date information and direction concerning the hotel and its facilities to requesting guests, visitors, and phone callers.
- Promotes positive public relations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Will train, no experience necessary.
- Good appearance and strong written and oral communication skills
