Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and efficient check-in experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist with night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
- Support front desk operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally
- Experience in night audit procedures or hotel front desk operations is a plus
