Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment they walk through the door
- Handle all front desk operations efficiently, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
- Maintain detailed records of guest stays, billing information, and special requests to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly
- Conduct night audits as required to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
- Address guest concerns or complaints proactively with a positive attitude, aiming for swift resolution and guest satisfaction
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management by delivering consistent, courteous service that exceeds expectations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest profiles and managing multi-line phone systems efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong background in customer service within hospitality or resort settings
