- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via multi-line phone systems or in person, providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare detailed reports on daily financial activities, occupancy status, and any discrepancies or incidents during the shift
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the resort or hotel premises to ensure guest safety
- Assist with late-night reservations, modifications, or cancellations while maintaining a high standard of guest relations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues affecting guest comfort or safety
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred
