Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels and toiletries
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a pristine environment
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, polished, and free of debris
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness in storage closets and supply areas
- Adhere to hospitality protocols to ensure guest privacy and comfort
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
- Prior housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
