What You’ll Do

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Run weekly payments (checks, ACH, wires)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor files and W-9 documentation
• Monitor AP aging and follow up on outstanding items
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Support audits and maintain financial records
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
  
  
  

What You Bring

• 3 years of AP, AR, or general accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
• Strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Strong communication skills
  
  
  

Preferred:

• Accounting degree (Associate or Bachelor’s)
• GAAP knowledge
• Experience in a growing or mid-sized company
• Process improvement or automation experience
