This position helps manage the company’s money coming in and going out.

You’ll:

• Pay our vendors on time
• Record customer payments
• Keep financial records organized and accurate

What You’ll Do

Paying Bills (Accounts Payable)

• Enter and process vendor invoices
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
• Prepare weekly payments (checks, ACH, wires)
• Fix billing errors with vendors
• Help with month-end closing tasks
  
  
  

Recording Payments (Accounts Receivable)

• Post customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards)
• Follow up on past-due accounts
• Help resolve customer billing questions
• Reconcile accounts
  
  
  

General Support

• Assist with bookkeeping and recordkeeping
• Help prepare documents for audits
• Work with other departments to improve processes
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or working toward one)
• 3 years of accounting experience preferred (internships count!)
• Comfortable using Excel
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Professional communication skills

• Knowledge of basic accounting rules (GAAP)
• Experience working in a growing company
