What You’ll Do
- Process high-volume vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare weekly payment runs and ensure all invoices are coded, approved, and entered correctly
- Maintain organized AP records and support month‑end close activities
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- Experience in accounts payable or general accounting support
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
