Role: Construction Estimator
Location: Ohio
Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000
Renewyx have partnered with a growing general contractor delivering commercial groudn and renovation projects across Northeast Ohio to bring on an Estimator. The business has a strong pipeline of work and is looking for someone who can bring precision and structure to how projects get priced and won.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ: You will prepare takeoffs, cost estimates and bid packages across the project lifecycle, working closely with preconstruction and operations to ensure bids are competitive and commercially sound.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐'๐น๐น ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
โข Demonstrated estimating experience within commercial or industrial construction
โข Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software
โข Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids concurrently
