Renewyx are working with a growing General contractor in Chicago who need a Superintendent to support renovations throughout an occupied High-Rise.
You'd be running the show on a live building supporting remodels of 10 units a month ensuring you are keeping trades on schedule and residents in the loop while life carries on around the work.
