As our Construction Estimator, you’ll prepare budgets, estimates, and proposals for earthwork, retaining walls, and paver unit projects while supporting project planning and construction strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Obsessed with Accuracy: Perform quality takeoffs and bidding using AGTEK software.
- Built to Analyze: Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents for earthwork and site development projects.
- Process Driven: Obtain and coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
- Solution-Focused: Assist with project budgeting, bid strategy, and cost analysis.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience with construction estimating and reading plans/specifications
- AGTEK software experience preferred (or similar takeoff software)
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to precision
