A well-established General Contractor in the Baltimore market is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to play an active role in delivering federal and large-scale commercial construction projects. This position is built for someone who wants meaningful involvement across the project lifecycle, not just task-based support.

- Support project meetings, reporting, and closeout documentation
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a similar construction role

- Federal construction experience preferred but not required
- Commercial or large-scale project experience strongly considered
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $60,000 – $95,000 depending on experience
