Renewyx have partnered with a well-established commercial general contractor in Ohio to bring on a Superintendent. The contractor has a stable, well-established backlog of ground-up commercial construction work and is looking for an experienced site leader to run projects from mobilization through completion.
The role: The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site operations on ground-up commercial construction projects, overseeing schedule, safety, and subcontractor performance from mobilization through project closeout. This is a fully on-site, field-based position.
What you'll bring:
- Proven Superintendent or equivalent site-lead experience on commercial construction
- A strong track record in site safety and subcontractor management
- The ability to run a jobsite independently from start to finish
Nice to have (bonus, not required):
- OSHA 30 certification
- Prior experience specifically on ground-up commercial builds
