We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support commercial electrical and infrastructure projects by driving utility coordination, permitting, preconstruction support, and project document control.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is organized, persistent, professional, and able to keep projects moving by working through approvals, gathering documentation, and communicating clearly with utilities, permitting offices, and internal teams.
What this role will do
- Coordinate utility-related project requirements and initiate the correct path to engage utility engineering or service departments
- Prepare, organize, and submit permit applications and supporting documentation
- Track permit and utility items through review, comments, resubmittals, approvals, and follow-up
- Communicate project scope clearly and simply to outside agencies
- Gather drawings, forms, and internal project information needed to move work forward
- Maintain organized project files, revisions, correspondence, and submission records
- Help support project startup and preconstruction readiness
- Keep open items moving instead of letting applications sit

- Strong organizational skills in a fast-moving construction environment
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant construction, permitting, and utility coordination background
