Compensation & Investment
- One-time buy-in: $5,000
- Revenue share model (~15%, with cap for larger books)
- Comparable to franchise-style investment models but at a lower cost
Contract Terms
- Annual agreement (auto-renews)
- 120-day notice required to exit
Territory Guidelines
- Focus on Eastern U.S. markets
- Restricted states include: LA, WV, GA, DE, MD
- Florida is limited and highly competitive
