Responsibilities
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold calling.
- Stay up to date on industry market trends and best practices.
- Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
- Assess client needs and present quotes.
- Set and achieve sales goals with manager guidance.
- Educate, advise, and handle client objections.
Requirements
- Commercial Lines experience preferred but willing to train a Personal Lines Producer
- Property & Casualty License required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
