Position Overview
The Agent Services Representative provides front-line support to insurance agents and internal staff by answering inbound calls, resolving policy and administrative questions, and assisting with application entry through our online portal. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, learning insurance operations, and growing their skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from insurance agents and back-office staff
- Respond to inquiries related to policies, administration, billing, and claims
- Assist agents and customers with logging into the agency portal
- Enter and submit insurance applications accurately on behalf of agents/customers (training provided)
- Document interactions and follow established procedures
- Provide professional, friendly, and solution-focused support on every call
Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable handling multiple questions and navigating systems while on calls. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new portals and tools. Willingness to learn and grow within the role .
Salary : $17
