Outbound Call Center Representative

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outbound Call Center Representative to join our HVAC team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to current and prospective customers to schedule maintenance appointments, promote seasonal HVAC services, and generate leads for service teams. You’ll play a key role in building customer relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers from provided call lists.
• Promote HVAC products, maintenance plans, seasonal tune-ups, and service promotions.
• Schedule appointments for service technicians.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call results in CRM software.
• Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion goals.
• Assist with follow-up on marketing campaigns and service reminders.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service/sales role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and call center software.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• HVAC industry knowledge is a plus but not required (training provided).
