Our goal is to provide each patient with personalized optometry services and ocular disease management
We have 4 locations in Upper West Michigan; Ludington, Manistee, Cadillac and Reed City.

Position Descriptions:
The Optician works as part of the patient-oriented team to provide cost-effective quality care. The optician will fill the prescribed prescription ordered by the physician / optometrist accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Optician and experience in retail sales.
The Ophthalmic Technician performs tests and measures eye function to assist the Ophthalmologists. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Medical Assistant and/or experience as a technician in eyecare.
The Patient Accounts Processor (Ludington Office) reviews, assesses and processes claims; pursues collection of all claims; performs other work associated with the billing process; and provides billing assistance to patients and administrative staff.
The Patient Services Representatives (Manistee Office) are responsible for patient intake and outtake. Ensuring proper collection of insurance information scheduling patient appointments, calling and confirming upcoming appointments, follow up, collection of payments and providing outstanding customer service.
Sick/Paid time off; benefit plans available. Salary pay is based on experience.
