Over the last 30 years, Riemer Eye Center has provided a full range of eye care for adults and kids throughout Northern Michigan. Our goal is to provide each patient with personalized optometry services and ocular disease management.
We are looking for experienced, professional Center Team Leader/Manager to lead the team in our Ludington office. The Center Manager maintains efficient day to day operations of the medical office to include the clinical and optical departments. The Center Manager sets profitability goals, improves patient satisfaction and contributes to the company grown and development.
Oversees and manages the daily operations of the office including staff scheduling, cash reconciliation and operational checks and balances. Maintains efficient registration, patient flow and check out procedures to enhance patient satisfaction and center productivity. Provides recommendations and follow up actions with management me team for operational inefficiencies and assist with strategic planning and resource allocation. Provides monthly reporting and has the ability to interpret financial reports to effectively manage the office.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience recommended
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a physician office in a supervisory role
Knowledge of EMR; CPT and ICD-9 coding preferred
Strong ability to gather, analyze and interpret information
Ability to work with Management team
Knowledge of healthcare regulations
