Training:
- First 2 weeks: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Week 1: Classroom training
- Week 2: On-the-job training
- 100% attendance is required during training
- Strong punctuality and schedule adherence are expected
Position Details:
- Temporary-to-hire opportunity
- Immediate openings available
Schedule: Must be able to accept a 8 hour shift between 8a-8p.
This is a high-energy, outbound admissions environment where you'll connect with prospective students and help guide them toward educational opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Making high-volume outbound calls using a power dialer
- Engaging prospective students and building rapport quickly
- Overcoming objections and identifying student needs
- Scheduling appointments and transferring qualified prospects
- Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and other systems
- Managing multiple systems and screens simultaneously
- Meeting daily productivity and performance goals
- Participating in weekly coaching and performance reviews
