RemX Recruiting firm is pleased to represent a fast-growing PAYMENTS organization as it expands its payment solutions to its customers. Our client has created an SVP Operations role
to lead and scale our operational functions as we continue to grow and expand into new payment verticals.
About the Role
This executive leader will oversee payment processing, client operations, and project management, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service delivery. The SVP will partner closely with the President and cross‑functional stakeholders to execute short‑ and long‑term growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Client Operations and Payments teams
- Ensure accurate, timely payment processing and exception management
- Drive KPI performance, operational efficiency, and regulatory adherence
- Oversee vendors, training programs, and technology platforms
- Lead and deliver business projects on time and within budget
- Provide budget oversight and operational reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years managing payment processing operations
- 5 years leading customer service teams
- Experience with accounting, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance
- ACH (AAP) and/or CTP certification preferred
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Desire to learn digital payment offerings as company expands further
