Logistics Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence across warehousing, sequencing, inventory management, and material flow operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for driving quality performance in a fast-paced logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all quality processes supporting sequencing, warehousing, inventory management, and material flow operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality requirements, concerns, and daily quality-related activities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in sequencing, labeling, inventory control, packaging, and material handling processes.
• Develop, maintain, and audit standard work instructions, quality procedures, and operational controls.
• Lead root cause investigations, containment activities, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives related to quality concerns.
• Track and analyze quality KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
• Prepare customer reports and present quality performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with operations and customer teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance.
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the facility.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, automotive, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting customer-specific quality requirements in manufacturing, automotive, warehousing, or logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with problem-solving tools such as 8D, Five Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagrams, and corrective action processes.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements, operational procedures, quality documentation, and performance metrics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and trend identification.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced manufacturing, automotive, or logistics environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with OEM customers, automotive suppliers, or large-scale customer-driven operations.
• Knowledge of customer-specific quality standards and requirements.
• Experience leading quality audits and continuous improvement projects.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related quality methodologies is a plus.
