The Position
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, and software-related issues on high-volume industrial print systems
- Perform installations, calibrations, system alignment, and start-up support for new and upgraded equipment
- Troubleshoot UV/LED curing systems, ink delivery systems, drive systems, and motion controls
- Deliver on-site and remote customer support while maintaining clear communication and detailed service documentation
- Travel regionally 60-90% typically Monday-Friday, with most weekends at home
The Detail
- $65,000 - $90,000 base, full benefits, 401(k), travel expenses covered
- 3 years field service experience in industrial printing, wide-format, inkjet, roll-to-roll, digital press, and comparable equipment
- Strong electro-mechanical, motion systems, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with EFI, HP Indigo, Durst, Canon, Roland, Mimaki, CET Color, Agfa, or similar industrial production systems preferred

- Must be comfortable with production environments (industrial, manufacturing, packaging, graphic facilities)
