Commercial Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Coordinate commercial real estate transactions from contract execution through closing
- Manage transaction timelines, due diligence deliverables, and closing requirements
- Serve as primary point of contact with brokers, clients, title providers, lenders, and attorneys
- Order and review title and survey materials; track resolution of title and closing issues
- Coordinate earnest money deposits, closing documents, and settlement statements
- Maintain organized digital transaction files and provide regular status updates
- Support closing logistics, documentation, and pipeline tracking
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, transaction coordination, title, escrow, or closing operations
- Working knowledge of commercial real estate contracts and closing processes
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
- Experience working directly with title, escrow, or closing teams
- Familiarity with investment sales, leasing, and development transactions
- Real estate license preferred but not required
