Commercial / Industrial Boiler & HVAC Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial boiler and HVAC systems. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, working both independently and as part of a service team to keep critical mechanical systems running with minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial/industrial boiler and HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks, inspections, and tune-ups.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and fuel-related equipment issues.
- Service burners, pumps, valves, heat transfer components, and mechanical controls.
- Clean, test, and calibrate components according to safety and operating standards.
- Perform post-service functional testing to confirm equipment readiness.
- Provide recommendations for corrective actions, upgrades, or long-term repairs.
- Participate in rotating on-call duties and respond to urgent service requests.
- Document work performed and communicate findings to customers and leadership.
- Follow company safety policies and all applicable compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a dependable driving record.
- Experience in HVAC, boiler systems, mechanical maintenance, or industrial equipment service.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License (or willingness to obtain).
- Journeyman-level trade license a plus (or willingness to pursue).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform duties in indoor/outdoor environments.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Interest in developing advanced boiler, burner, and combustion troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to pass standard pre-employment screening requirements.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Occasional overtime and rotating on-call availability required
