Administrative Assistant
Los Angeles, CA | Contract-to-Hire (On-site)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a VP of Product Marketing within the beauty/consumer products industry. This role plays a key part in maintaining seamless daily operations, managing administrative workflows, and supporting marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication handling
- Oversee administrative workflows to ensure an efficient, well-organized, and high-performing office environment
- Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and written materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Develop Excel-based reports, assist with data analysis, and support forecasting efforts
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and track progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage administrative processes, including budget tracking, scheduling, project oversight, and detailed reporting
- Support product marketing initiatives and maintain organization of samples, supplies, and departmental resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of experience supporting executive-level leadership
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proven ability to analyze data, coordinate projects, and maintain organization in a fast-paced setting
Preferred:
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or consumer products industries
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced reporting capabilities
Salary : $28 - $30
