Position Summary
Vertiv is seeking a motivated and dependable General Labor & Shipping/Receiving Assistant to support warehouse, logistics, and production operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials, products, and shipments are accurately received, stored, moved, and prepared for distribution while maintaining a safe and organized work
environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Receiving- Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Inspect incoming products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Prepare, package, label, and stage outgoing shipments.
- Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using warehouse systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
General Labor
- Assist with material movement throughout the facility.
- Support assembly, production, and warehouse operations as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform routine inspections and report equipment or facility concerns.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment.
- Complete other duties assigned by supervisors to support operational needs.
