Job Summary
Responsible for routing drivers, receiving inventory, unloading, unpacking , marking inventory with codes to be identified, stocking shelves, pull orders for delivery. You will work in warehouses, stockrooms, showrooms, and other storage facilities. May involve heavy lifting 50-75 pounds. $18.00 per hour. Hours are Monday through Friday 6:30am-4:00pm.
Primary Responsibilities
- Route a group of 10-13 drivers for daily deliveries.
- Accept delivered packages and ensure proper amount is received.
- Mark items with identifying codes, stock, or inventory control codes.
- Stock shelves with unpacked items.
- Ensure label is clear and visible.
- Help sales staff fill orders.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment.
- Replenish inventory.
- Ensure customer received product.
- Replace damaged or missing products.
- Operate forklift to lift or place merchandise.
- Work with salespeople on inventory and orders.
- Pick items from inventory for shipment or delivery.
- General warehouse housekeeping.
