What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Crew member/General Laborer, you will:
- Assemble, stack, and move windows, doors, and related components
- Install hardware and weatherstripping on wood frames and doors using hand and power tools
- Operate saws and other equipment to cut and trim wood materials to specifications
- Use a variety of tools, including miter saws, routers, shapers, nail guns, drills, screw guns, caulking guns, utility knives, and other hand tools
- Safely work around machinery, glass, and manufacturing equipment
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals

Available Shifts & Pay
- 1st Shift: Starting at $20.99/hour
- 2nd Shift: Starting at $22.49/hour
- Weekend Shift: Starting at $22.99/hour
