Laundry Aide

We are currently seeking a Laundry Aide.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry in accordance with facility standards
• Operate laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and label machines
• Inspect items for stains or damage and treat as appropriate
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Assist residents with laundry-related requests or questions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred
• Knowledge of different fabrics and proper care instructions
• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
• Physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads
