Maintenance Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Director to lead and oversee all maintenance operations at our facility in Rockmart, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage maintenance programs and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
• Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance activities without disrupting production.
• Manage maintenance budgets, including forecasting, purchasing, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports for senior management.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to improve maintenance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Director or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficient in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant technical certifications or degree preferred.
