Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site HR support including onboarding, employee relations, and policy administration
- Maintain HR systems, documentation, and people data with strong attention to detail
- Support recruiting coordination, payroll alignment, and HR integration projects
- Build trusted relationships with employees in small, close-knit site environments
