What We Expect from You

• Drive Growth: Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across your sector, bringing a consultative, strategic approach to every conversation.
• Own the Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client intake and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement, delivering a smooth and professional experience at every step.
• Build Relationships: Nurture strong partnerships with both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand their goals and ensuring long-term alignment.
• Source Strategically: Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Loxo and to uncover top-tier talent and hard-to-find skill sets.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide consultative insights and creative solutions that help clients attract, hire, and retain the best professionals in the market.

Who You Are

• Experienced & Proven: You bring at least 2 years of success in recruitment or sales, with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
• Curious & Coachable: You’re hungry to learn, open to feedback, and always looking for ways to elevate your craft and sharpen your edge.
• Adaptable & Agile: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment where creativity and problem-solving are key.
• A Communicator: You’re articulate, thoughtful, and confident in how you engage with clients, candidates, and colleagues alike.
• Driven by Purpose: You’re motivated by connection, impact, and the satisfaction of helping others achieve success.

At Relate Search, your success drives ours. We reward performance, experience, and impact—because great recruiting deserves to be recognized. First-year earnings typically range from $70,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, location, and results. With strong variable earning potential, there’s no cap on what high performers can achieve.
