What You’ll Do:
Relate Search has partnered with a leading global food & beverage brand to find a forward-thinking Director of Total Rewards to design and implement a scalable, global compensation and benefits strategy. This high-impact role will ensure total rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's business goals while supporting the attraction and retention of top talent. The Director will oversee global compensation structures, incentive planning, executive compensation, and benefits programs, partnering with leaders across Finance, HR, and business functions to shape a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic design and execution of global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
- Manage salary structures, bonus plans, equity frameworks, and global benefits design to support a diverse, dispersed workforce
- Oversee executive compensation planning and board-level discussions in partnership with Finance and leadership
- Drive job architecture, leveling strategy, and benchmarking in collaboration with HRBPs and business leaders
- Leverage analytics to evaluate total rewards effectiveness and guide data-informed decision-making
Qualifications:
- 10 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, including compensation and benefits
- A builder who can build process and execute from the ground up
- Salary structure design and implementation experience
- Benefits optimization across diverse geographies
- Expertise in incentive planning, job architecture, market benchmarking, and executive compensation
