What You’ll Do:
Relate Search has partnered with a leading innovator in the development and manufacturing of Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS), Over-the-Counter (OTC) products, and prebiotics/probiotics in enjoyable formats such as gummies, lozenges, and chews. With over 50 years of excellence, this organization continues to redefine how consumers experience wellness.
As Product Manager, you will drive new product strategy and commercialization across both branded and private-label portfolios, guiding innovative products from concept through launch. This highly visible role works cross-functionally to deliver category-leading innovations that make health and wellness more enjoyable for millions of consumers.
Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory to deliver rapid innovation and new product launches.
• Partner with sales, product management, and retail customers to support development, cost optimization, claims validation, and packaging/label design.
• Oversee full product lifecycle management — from ideation and development to commercialization, including specifications, documentation, and SAP setup.
• Support customer relationships through data-driven insights, forecasts, and coordination of orders, samples, and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with sales to identify new growth opportunities using market trends, consumer insights, and POS data to strengthen business cases for innovation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or innovation within consumer goods, nutraceutical, or OTC categories.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with pivot tables a plus.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
