- Oversee compensation planning, benchmarking, and merit cycles
- Strengthen performance management programs and tools

- Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations
- Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Support retention, morale, and engagement efforts
- Identify training and leadership development needs
- Support integration of newly acquired teams
- Ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations
- Improve onboarding, development, and offboarding processes
- Lead and support HR Business Partners, including coaching and development
- Manage escalations and complex HR matters
- 5 years of HR experience supporting 500 employees
- Multi‑state HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong employee relations background
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
- Ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels
- Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning
- Ability to balance strategy with hands‑on execution
- Calm, objective, and empathetic approach in high‑pressure situations
- Passion for culture‑building and talent development
- Flexibility for occasional extended hours and travel
