Overview
Seeking a hands-on HR Manager with strong generalist experience supporting employee relations, compliance, compensation, and full-cycle recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations, coaching managers on performance, discipline, and terminations
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning
- Administer compensation programs (merit increases, promotions, performance reviews)
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, wage & hour laws, and state/local regulations
- Manage leave of absence programs and Workers’ Compensation claims
- Maintain and audit HRIS (SuccessFactors or similar) and employee records
- Conduct investigations (harassment, discrimination, complaints) in partnership with HR/Legal
- Support performance management and talent development initiatives
- Drive HR policies, procedures, and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of HR Manager experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law & compliance
- Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Proven experience handling employee relations issues independently
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Certifications preferred: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
