Out client is seeking a Temporary Accounting Professional to support its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who can quickly step in, take ownership of key processes, and contribute with minimal onboarding. The role is expected to begin as early as next week.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping activities
- Accurately record revenues and expenses
- Complete account reconciliations and necessary reclassifications
- Process and manage vendor payments
- Lead and support the month-end close process
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reporting
Qualifications
- Strong general accounting experience (beyond Accounts Payable)
- Proven experience managing or supporting month-end close
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable stepping into a fast-paced environment and contributing immediately
