Lead & Develop Our Team
- Hire, train, and coach associates to achieve growth and operational excellence
- Set clear goals and communicate expectations to your team
- Conduct performance evaluations and support career development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations
- Be present as shift will evolve with business needs (variable hours, potential weekends)
- Oversee daily operations, including sales, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, and finances
- Maintain facilities, equipment, and fleet for safety and professionalism
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency and profitability
- Drive sales growth and expand market share in your territory
- Analyze local market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and value-added solutions
- Collaborate with regional leadership to strengthen customer loyalty
- Monitor branch budget and achieve financial targets
- Track inventory levels and manage vendor relationships
- Maximize discounts and ensure profitable purchasing
- 3 years of proven success in a management role
- Strong experience in the automotive, industrial, and commercial industry
- Willingness to adapt and learn
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Operational and financial management expertise
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive results
- Proficient with computer systems and business software
