- Support and implement safety programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulations
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations; recommend corrective actions
- Partner with operations to identify and reduce workplace risks
- Assist with environmental compliance (EPA, stormwater, SPCC, etc.)
- Deliver safety training and track completion of required programs
- Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory reporting
- Lead or assist with safety meetings and ongoing safety initiatives
- 2 years of EHS or related experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze data, write reports, and present to teams
- Valid driver’s license required
- Travel required (approximately 40-50%)
- Occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
