Summary
The Regis College Center for Health & Wellness is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Office Assistant interested in healthcare, medicine, nursing, public health, or a related field. This position provides hands-on experience in a college health setting while supporting clinical operations, student health compliance, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with student health compliance processes, including reviewing immunization and health records
- Support mask fit testing and respiratory protection program activities for healthcare students
- Perform clerical and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, and record management
- Assist with student communications regarding health requirements and compliance deadlines
- Support special projects and wellness initiatives within the Center for Health & Wellness
- Help maintain accurate and confidential health records in accordance with HIPAA and college policies
- Provide general office support to clinical and administrative staff

Preferred Qualifications

Schedule
- Summer position (dates flexible)
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week (flexible based on student availability)
Compensation
- [19.00 per hour]
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Normal office environment, not subject to extremes in noise, odors, etc. Regular interruptions to assist library patrons.
- May spend extended periods at terminal or on telephone requiring eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity.
