An employee at this level is required to perform some or all of the following duties, which do not include all tasks to be performed:

·         Provide support for the area of Quality Management

o    Assist with data reporting for quality measurement and monitoring

o    Provide support for the 1915(c) Waivers, Behavioral Health Home (BHH) and Behavioral Health 1915(i) Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) State Plan Amendment Manage the Waiver Support Application at the regional level

o    Pull and review reports

o    Track cases and case actions

o    Prepare agendas and meeting materials for assigned committees

·         Provide support for the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Program

·         Provide support for the Michigan Mission-Based Performance Indicator System (MMBPIS)

o    Review documentation for performance indicator events

o    Assist with quarterly reviews and report preparation

·         Provide support for External Quality Reviews and State Site Reviews

·         Provide clerical support for committees

·         Monitor submission of information by providers
