What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at Regency Supply?
Duties include:
- Possesses electrical product knowledge gained from field/inside sales experience or from electrical trade experience/training.
- Answers inquiries from customers via phone & email communication relating to electrical product information & pricing.
- Ability to confidently discuss & recommend electrical products and close sales with customers & contractors.
- Fosters and grows relationships with established customers.
- Covers desk & sales counter during busy hours.
- Must exhibit excellent Time Management skills, being able to set personal goals.
- Expresses professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exemplifies excellent interpersonal skills including some negotiation skills.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must have Electrical Supply knowledge and foundation.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and engaging communicator.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking skills and be highly motivated.
- This candidate must have a strong drive to succeed through assisting customers and selling products.
- Solid computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook are a must.
