Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, coupled with hands-on experience in windows and doors. This role offers the unique opportunity to engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored recommendations on products

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales consultations with prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable windows and doors solutions.
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Provide accurate and detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing, to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Perform on-site measurements and assessments.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address any concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction post-installation.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
  • Experience with quoting software and understanding of windows and doors specifications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in installing windows and doors, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
