- Conduct sales consultations with prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable windows and doors solutions.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Provide accurate and detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing, to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Perform on-site measurements and assessments.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address any concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction post-installation.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Experience with quoting software and understanding of windows and doors specifications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in installing windows and doors, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
